Ray Nunn is the CEO and founder of Covalence Consulting. He is a pioneer in the field of HCM technology and holds 25+ years of industry experience. With his extensive industry experience, Ray has established a reputation for building and leading successful HCM technology companies from the ground up. Before founding Covalence, he served as co-founder and Vice President at Workbrain (UTA) and founder at Versult (acquired by Ceridian). He leads the Covalence team using his years of hands-on experience to provide unmatched, in-depth product knowledge and solutions.  Ray is a devoted supporter of various charity organizations including, The Make a Wish Foundation, Canadian Mental Health Association and SickKids.
