Reid McLaughlin is the Engagement Manager at Covalence Consulting. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University and began his career in the HCM industry as an HCM consultant, quickly progressing to a role as Project Manager. With extensive experience in Time & Attendance software, core HR/Payroll implementations, and post-go-live support, Reid holds a wealth of HCM industry knowledge. As Engagement Manager at Covalence, he ensures seamless project completion, allocates resources and scheduling for implementations, works closely with the sales team, and offers in-depth customer success support.
