UKG Sales Executive – HCM & WFM Services

Location: US & Canada (remote)

Job Description: 

Covalence Consulting is seeking a driven and experienced UKG Sales Executive – HCM & WFM Services to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the UKG ecosystem and additional target markets. You’ll play a key role in helping organizations optimize their HCM and WFM operational processes through innovative technology and exceptional service offerings.

In this role, you’ll use your communication and relationship-building skills to connect with clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right solutions while navigating complex client environments. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a passion for technology solutions, a proven track record in HCM (SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise) sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads within the UKG ecosystem and other target markets
  • Conduct needs analysis and deliver compelling presentations demonstrating our HCM and WFM services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their HR and workforce management challenges.
  • Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through contract closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and changes in the UKG ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with marketing and services to support targeted campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to improve service offerings and customer engagement strategies.
  • Respond to RFP’s
  • Sales territory: North America

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven success in sales, preferably in HCM, WFM, or related HR technology solutions
  • Proven track record as a sales professional in a software/services environment
  • Strong understanding of UKG products and the broader HR technology landscape is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple prospects, opportunities, and deadlines.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent deal management experience – own the deal strategy and create a sale
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Ability to present/influence and communicate effectively
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close – These responsibilities and qualifications are essential for success in the HCM sales role which involves selling Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to businesses.

Compensation: Competitive salary and commission structure, including health benefits, dental, 401k, remote-based work environment, and participation in company events.

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is a plus
