Covalence Consulting, Inc. Announces Multiple Strategic Alliance Awards from UKG

Toronto, ON – December 4, 2020 Covalence Consulting, a leading system integrator of Human Capital Management (HCM) technology, today announced they have received the Strategic Alliance White Glove award from UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), the company recently created through the merger of Ultimate Software Group and Kronos.

The award, conferred to the UKG partner that demonstrates “unsurpassed product knowledge and an unwavering dedication to customer service,” was presented during a recent event hosted by UKG. This represents the second distinction Covalence has received for their work within this client community.

“When we launched Covalence, we had a fairly straightforward mission in mind: to simplify the complex,” stated Raymond Nunn, Founder and CEO of Covalence Consulting, Inc. “Employers turn to organizations like UKG to address some of their most complex human capital challenges, but even the most sophisticated solutions on the market must be implemented and integrated in a way that enhances the day-to-day operations of the business. We’ve always aimed to serve as that connective tissue and to act as a true extension of the technology providers we support. That’s what makes this particular award so meaningful to our team.”

Nunn, a founding partner of global workforce management provider Workbrain (now part of the Infor family of companies), understands the focus, ethos, and ethics required to build a high-performance organization in an incredibly fast-moving market. Drawing upon the collective strengths of a diverse array of HCM professionals, the Covalence team is known for their deep domain expertise, particularly in addressing the complex needs of large, geographically diverse organizations.

“Today more than ever, the dynamics of the employee/employer relationship are evolving at warp speed,” said Dan Hynes, UKG’s Vice President of Strategic Alliances. “To ensure we keep pace with our expanding client base and their evolving needs, our partner network will play an increasingly critical role. We’re proud of our relationship with Covalence and look forward to many more years of collaboration and success.”

In addition to receiving recognition at the company level, individual members of the Covalence team are frequently recognized by employer and technology provider alike for their exceptional dedication to customer care. Emily Nunn, a Senior Solution Consultant at Covalence, was also recently recognized for her contributions to the UKG client family, receiving an MVPP (Most Valuable Partner Peep) Honorable Mention.

Citing Emily’s work ethic, technical prowess, and customer-centric approach, the award announcement noted: “Emily was able to get the knowledge transfer needed in one day, get the client through data conversion, complete a system test, and get the organization ready for their UAT 1 within a week. Our whole internal team, and the client, are very impressed with Emily’s knowledge and abilities. We would love the opportunity to work with her again.”
